摘 要:采用液相色谱一串联质谱法检测牛肉中的7种磺胺类药物残留。样品经乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂净化,液相色谱一串联质谱法检测。结果表明:7种磺胺类药物均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.998,高、中、低3档加标回收率为92.5%.100.6%,相对标准偏差为2.0%-4.5%,检出限为1.0-4.5μg/L。该方法具有检测结果准确可靠、简便快速等优点。A HPLC-MS/MS method for determination of 7 sulfonamides residues in beef was made in the paper.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and anhydrous sodium sulfate,purified and defatted with n-hexane,then detected by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).The results showed that calibration curves for 7 sulfonamides residues all had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients not less than 0.998. The spiked recoveries at three concentrations were ranged from 92.5% to 100.6% ,with relative standard deviations of 2.0%.4.5%.The limits of detection were in the range of 1.0-4.5 μg/L.It was an effective method which fitted for the sulfonamides residues analysis and had high accuracy, precision and sensitivity.
