影响近视患者LASIK手术前后暗环境下低对比度视力的因素

摘　　要：目的探索影响近视患者准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)前后暗环境下低对比度视力(lowcontrast visual acuity,LCVA)的相关因素。方法行LASIK术的患者61例122只眼。使用ZyQv视力表测量患者手术前后暗环境下10%对比度视力。术前及术后3个月检查裸视力、瞳孔直径、LCVA值、球镜度、等效球镜度、总像差、总高阶像差、K值、Q值和柱镜等。结果 (1)术前LCVA值与瞳孔直径、球镜度绝对值、等效球镜度绝对值、总像差及总高阶像差正相关,与K值、柱镜度、Q值及球差不相关。(2)术后3个月LCVA值与Q值、总像差、总高阶像差及球差正相关,与瞳孔直径及K值不相关;ΔLCVA与Δ总高阶像差、Δ球差、ΔQ值及预矫屈光度绝对值正相关。结论近视患者LASIK术前、术后其LCVA值受眼部不同因素的影响。Objective To investigate the related factors of low contrast visual acuity （LCVA） under a scotopic condition before and after laser in si- tu keratomileusis（ LASIK）. Methods LCVA of 61 individuals of pre- and post-LASIK under a scotopic condition was detected with the ZyQv visual acuity chart; and the visual acuity, refractions, Q-value, keratometric value （K-value） and wavefront aberration were evaluated in all cases. Results （ 1 ） The LCVA showed positive relationship with pupil diameter（ PD）, total aberration and total high aberration, and a neg- ative relationship with the spherical lens and spherical equivalent（SE）, but was not related with K-value, cylinder lens, Q-value and spherical aberration. （2） The LCVA at 3 months postoperation showed positive relationship with Q-value, total aberration, total high aberration and spherical aberration, but was not related with pupil diameter and K-value. The ALCVA showed a positive relationship with Atotal high aberration, Aspherical aberration and Q-value, but showed a negative relationship with attempt refractions.Conclusions The LCVA value relates with different factors of eye between pre- and post-operation.
