摘　　要：目的探讨Nd∶YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗白内障术后后囊膜混浊的安全性和有效性。方法白内障术后后囊膜混浊者99例105只眼,其中老年性白内障术后81例87只眼,外伤性白内障术后13例13只眼,并发性白内障术后5例5只眼。105只眼中103只眼植入后房型人工晶体。采用Nd∶YAG激光行后囊膜切开,依据后囊膜混浊的程度选择激光能量参数。结果治疗后105只眼视力指数提高至0.06以上或视力提高2行及2行以上者103只眼,增视率98.1%。结论 Nd∶YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗白内障手术后后囊膜混浊安全性高、患者无痛苦、费用低、简便易行、增视效果好。Objective To evaluate the safety and validity of Nd ： YAG laser for posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery. Methods Ninety-nine patients（ 105 eyes） suffered from posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery. Among them, 81 cases （87 eyes） were with senile cataract, 13 cases（ 13 eyes） with traumatic cataract and 5 cases（5 eyes） were with complicated cataract. Posterior chamber intraocular lens were implanted in 103 eyes. The Nd ： YAG laser device made by American IRIS Corporation was used. We selected parameters of laser according to the level of posterior capsular opacification. Results The vision of 103 eyes was increased by two lines or more at visual testing chat,or from F. C to 0. 06 among 105 cases. The improved rate of vision was 98. 1%. Conclusions Nd ： YAG laser is the best choice for posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery due to its high safety, low cost and good effect.
