难治性强迫症患者父母教养方式研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨难治性强迫症患者的父母教养方式,为制定有效的心理干预措施提供依据.方法 将42例难治性强迫症患者设为研究组,抽取同期扬州市60名健康志愿者设为对照组.采用自拟一般资料调查表统计两组一般资料,父母教养方式评价量表评定两组父母教养方式,对两组测评结果进行对比分析.结果 研究组父母教养方式评价量表父母情感温暖理解因子分显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）,父母惩罚严厉、拒绝否认因子分显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）;研究组有工作者的父母情感温暖理解因子分显著高于无工作者（P＜0.05或0.01）.结论 难治性强迫症与不良的父母教养方式有关,在常规药物治疗的基础上联合综合心理干预,对改善患者强迫症状、提高生活质量具有重要意义.Objective To explore the parental rearing styles of patients with resistant obsessive-compulsive disorder （ROCD） in order to provide basis for instituting effective mental intervention measures. Methods Forty-two ROCD patients were assigned to research group and 60 healthy volunteers to control group in the corresponding time period elected from Yangzhou city. The general information of both groups were added up with the Self-made General Information Questionnaire （SGIQ）, parents＇ rearing styles assessed with the Egma Minnen av Bardndosna Uppforstran （EMBU）, and evaluation results of two groups were contrastively analyzed. Results Parental emotional warmth and understanding score of the EMBU were significantly lower （P〈0.01） and punishment-firm control and rejection-denial higher （P〈0.01） in research than in control group; in the research group, parental emotional warmth and understanding score were significantly higher in patients who had job than in ones had no （P^0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion ROCD is associated with unhealthy parental rearing styles,routine medication plus comprehensive psychological intervention has important significance for improving obsessive-cornpulsive symptoms and quality of life.
