摘　　要：并购是获取技术资源的有效途径,在引入技术、人才、市场和研发资金方面具有显著优势,但同时并购也是把双刃剑,只有趋利避害才能发挥其对技术创新的积极效应。并购后的有效整合是决定企业能否培养自主研发能力的关键。The merger and acquisition is an efficient way of acquiring technological resource,which has remarkable advantages in introducing technology,talents,market and fund for researching and development.But it is also a double-edged sword,which creates positive effects on technological innovation only when we make use of favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable ones.The effective consolidation after the merger and acquisition is the key for enterprises to raise the independent ability of researching and development.
