细丝蛋白A在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺癌组织中细丝蛋白A(FLNa)的表达及其与临床特点、病理学特征的关系,探讨FLNa与判断预后指标的关联性及作为评价乳腺癌预后指标的可行性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测96例乳腺癌患者癌组织中FLNa的表达情况,分析FLNa的表达与其临床特点、病理学特征之间的关系。结果:FLNa在乳腺癌组织中的表达率为63.54%。乳腺癌组织中FLNa的表达率与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、神经脉管浸润、月经状态、危险分层有关联(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位、病理分型、组织学类型及雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、乳腺癌癌基因(C-erbB-2)无关联(P>0.05)。结论:FLNa表达与乳腺癌评价预后的指标有关联,提示FLNa可能成为乳腺癌患者判定预后的指标。Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of filamin A（FLNa） in breast cancer tissues and clinical characteristics and pathological features and to explore the relationship between FLNa and the indexes of prognosis and the feasibility of FLNa as the evalution index of prognosis of breast cancer.Methods The expressions of FLNa in 96 specimens of breast cancer tissues were detected using immunohistochemistry technique.The correlation between FLNa expression and the clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The positive rate of FLNa in breast cancer tissues was 63.54%.The expression level of FLNa was correlated with the TNM staging,lymph node metastasis,vascular or neural invasion,menstruation state,risk stratification（P0.05）;but not correlated with the patients＇ age,tumor size,lesion site,pathological classification,histological type,ER,PR and CerbB-2（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of FLNa has a high correlation with the evalution index of prognosis of breast cancer.It indicates that FLNa may become an index for judgement of prognosis of breast cancer.
