摘 要:在知识管理中,通常需要知识服务方对知识需求方提供知识服务,因此研究如何选择适合的知识服务方是一个重要的工作。本文在构建知识服务要求的评价指标体系基础上,依据知识需求方的知识匹配要求和知识服务方的知识供给能力,运用二元语义运算算子对语言评价信息进行处理,构建了知识供需匹配矩阵,并进一步给出了确定指标权重的主客观赋权方法,进而通过计算知识供需匹配度,从而进行知识服务方的选择。最后,通过一个实例分析说明了本文提出方法的有效性和可行性。In knowledge management,knowledge service-side is usually needed to provide knowledge service for knowledge demand-side.So the research about how to choose the right knowledge service-side is an important job for knowledge demand-side.In this paper,firstly,the evaluation index system of knowledge services requirements is constructed.Then,according to the knowledge matching requirement of knowledge demand-side and the knowledge supply ability of the knowledge service-side,the knowledge supply and demand matching matrix is constructed by using 2-tuple linguistic operation operator to process linguistic assessment information.Furthermore,the index weight determination method which is considering subjective and objective weights is given,and the knowledge service-side could be selected by calculating the knowledge supply and demand matching degree.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the proposed method is illustrated by an example analysis.
