摘　　要：目的选择理想的眉再造术式。方法通过对12年中30例38侧外伤性眉缺损不同手术方法修复的回顾性分析,遴选理想手术方案。结果颞浅动脉头皮岛状皮瓣修复眉缺损的优良率明显优于头皮游离移植和头发种植等方法。结论颞浅动脉头皮岛状皮瓣是修复眉缺损尤其是全眉缺损的首选术式。Objective To determine the operation method of first choice for eyebrows reconstruction.Methods Through to the retrospective analysis different kinds of reconstructive operationsin for 30 patients with 38 sides traumatic eyebrow defect in 12 years,then selection of ideal operation scheme.Results The superficial temporal artery scalp island flap for the repair of eyebrow defect in good to excellent yields significantly better than scalp free transplantation scalp and hair transplantation.Conclusion The superficial temporal artery scalp island flap transposition is the operation of first choice for eyebrow reconstruction.
