摘　　要：目的了解综合医院精神科会诊服务需求的特点。方法对2008年1月～2011年6月期间我院为成都市综合医院提供的327例次院际会诊患者进行回顾性分析。结果内科科室会诊比率占63.4%,其中神经内科最高;会诊后精神科诊断以器质性精神障碍为主占36.4%,对多数会诊患者(75.5%)给予了精神科药物处理。结论综合医院对精神卫生服务的需求逐年增加,精神科应加强会诊-联络精神病学的工作。Objective To study the characters of psychiatric consultation in general hospita1.Methods 327 patients in other hospitals consulted by psychiatrists were analyzed during Jan 2008 to Jul 2011.Results The internal department required the consultation most among the departments（63.4%）.In terms of diagnosis,the most common was organic mental disorder（36.4%）.Most consulted cases had been given psychiatric drugs（75.5%）.Conclusion The service requests of mental health increased gradually in general hospital,Consultation-Liaison psychiatry must be emphasized in psychiatric hospital.
