摘　　要：目的探讨血清miR．34a在前列腺癌发生过程中的作用及意义。方法分别提取20例前列腺癌（PCa）、10例前列腺增生（BPH）及10例健康对照者（N）血清样本的miRNA，应用逆转录一实时定量聚合酶链反应（R-qPCR）的方法检测三组样本中miR-34a的表达差异，并分析miR-34a的表达与PCa转移是否相关。结果与健康对照组相比，miR-34a在PCa与BPH患者血清中明显低表达（P均〈0．05），平均下调分别约为7．16、8．53倍。但PCa及BPH的血清中miR-34a的表达水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），并且miR．34a表达水平的高低与PCa是否转移不存在显著相关性（P〉0．05）。结论血清中低表达的miR-34a可能促进了PCa的发生发展，对PCa的诊断及治疗有潜在的临床意义。Objective To explore the role and significance ofmiR-34a in serum in the process of prostate cancer. Methods miRNA from serum samples of 20 prostate cancer patients, 10 suffering from benign prostate hyperplasia and 10 healthy controls. By using the reverse transcription-real time Polymerase chain reaction （RT-qPCR） the expression level of miR- 34a in the serum samples of the three groups was detected. Furthermore the correlation was analysed between the expression of miR-34a and prostate cancer metastasis. Results Compared with the healthy controls, miR-34a in the serum of prostate cancer and benign prostate hyperplasia patients was significantly reduced （P〈0.05）, lowered by 7.16 and 8.53 folds on average. However, there was no significant difference in the expression level of miR-34a in serum between the prostate cancer and benign prostate hyperplasia patients （P〉0.05）. In addition, the level of miR-34a had no correlation with prostate cancer metastasis （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Low expression ofmiR-34a in serum might induce the occurrence and progress of prostate cancer, which has potential clinical significance in diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
