摘 要:从田径训练学的角度,对跳远运动员的助跑与起跳能力进行实验性研究.经过12周的训练,并结合评价指标和专项测验,结果证明:快速助跑与起跳相结合且同步发展的训练方法与手段要优于传统的训练方法与手段,其效果优于以往单纯发展助跑速度或起跳力量的训练效果.并且不同的助跑接起跳训练手段对发展运动员的专项能力具有专门性和实效性;专项力量的训练有助于助跑和起跳的结合和提高.From the perspective of the athletic training, this article is doing the experimental research of the development in the run-up and take-off ability. After 12 weeks of training, combined with evaluation and special tests, the results show that the combination and the simultaneous development of the run-up and take-off is better than the previous approach which only stresses the run-up or the latter. And the different methods which combine the run-up and take-off training have the effective- ness and the specialized in athletesrspecial ability. Also specific strength training can help the combination and improvement of the run-up and take-off.
