摘　　要：在灾后重建工作中,卫生系统的重建占有举足轻重的地位,其核心问题是卫生资源的重新配置,其应遵循的伦理原则有公益性原则、公平性原则、效率性原则。卫生系统重建过程中的公平性包括健康保障的公平性、资源配置的公平性、政策制度的公平性。The effort from the medical field plays a decisive role in post-disaster reconstruction,in which the core issue is the re-distribution of medical resources.Relevant ethical principles that should be followed include the public welfare principle,the justice principle,and the efficiency principle.In particular,the justice in medical post-disaster reconstruction consists of the justice in health safeguarding,the justice in resources distribution,and the justice in policies and regulations.
