摘 要:医德考评是医院制度伦理、管理伦理极为关键的一环。医德考评的最终目的是通过考评全员提升医德素质。在医德考评全过程中,转化他律的规范作用为其自律导向,才能克服其自身的局限性,才能够充分保证医德考评的时效性和可持续性。目前,必须在医德宣传教育的自律导向、各种评价的自律导向、考评效应的自律导向、全方位活动的自律导向等方面,有效地、综合性地加以强化。The final purpose to assess medical ethics which is a key link in construction of system ethics and administrative ethics of hospital is to full improve medical ethical quality of medical personnel.The author suggested that during the process of the assessment of medical ethics,only by converting the normative role of heteronomy into its self-discipline orientation can overcome its own limitations and ensure the timeliness and sustainable of the assessment of medical ethics.Currently,if we want to solve the problem that the assessment of medical ethics usually stops at the heteronomy layer and is really converted it into self-discipline layer and fully plays its role,we must reinforce effectively and synthetically in the self-discipline direction in the propaganda and education of medical ethics,various evaluation,the effect of examination and the all-direction activities.
