摘　　要：从就业能力与就业力、职业能力的区别入手,界定就业能力的概念,同时通过专业能力与通用能力两个维度对医学生的就业能力进行个性化探讨,进而为医学生的就业能力培养提供可行性策略,即以就业能力培养为核心,构建实践教学体系;以通用能力培养为主线,优化课程设置;以就业指导为手段,促进学生顺利就业。This article distinguish the definition of employability,employment force and vocational ability to explain the conception of employability.And through two dimensions that is professional ability and general ability to personalized discuss the medical college student＇s employability.And then to provide the feasible strategy for the medical college student＇s employability training.
