摘　　要：目的探讨尼莫地平对脑出血微创颅内血肿清除术后的治疗效果。方法对25例脑基底节出血患者微创术后静注尼莫地平治疗,观察治疗前后神经功能、头颅CT血肿大小及周围水肿的变化,并与对照组进行比较。结果尼莫地平治疗组神经功能恢复、血肿吸收及周围水肿减少较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平能促进神经功能的恢复,促进血肿吸收,抑制脑水肿形成。Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of nimodipine on intracerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive operation.Methods 25 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with nimodipine after received minimally invasive operation.Neurological,hematoma and edema of cerebral CT were observed before and after the treatment between treatment group and control group.Results The treatment group was significantly better then the control group from the three aspects of above-mentioned（P0.05,P0.05,P0.01） .Conclusion Nimodipine can promote the restoration of neurological and the absorption of hematoma,as well as control cerebral edema.
