大众化背景下高校精细化人才培养体系研究

摘　　要：大众化教育背景下,高校往往重视生源数量的增长和办学规模的扩大,而忽视人才培养质量的保障和提高。精细化管理为保障高校人才培养质量提供了指导思想和方法途径。本文通过对精细化管理理念与高校培养人才体系的适应性的分析,进一步对精细化管理的人才培养体系和结构特征进行阐述,并继而从培养目标、培养模式、教学体系、师资力量、保障机制等方面深入探讨构建精细化人才培养体系的途径,以期在理论和实践层面能促进高校人才培养效率和质量的提高。Fine management gives instruments and directs methods on how to develop well-educated students under the background of the popularization of higher education.We mainly put forward five aspects-cultivating aim,cultivating model,teaching system,teaching staff and protecting mechanism through analyzing the talents＇ comprehensive quality so as to accelerate the speed of cultivating talents and enhance its efficiency and quality.
