摘 要:创业活动的网络化组织已经成为国家或地区的一种新型创新模式,同时也受到越来越多的理论界的关注,网络能力作为企业通过构建外部关系获取各类资源的能力或技巧会对企业绩效产生影响,但其作用的过程机制并未得到进一步的解释。本文的实证研究结果显示企业通过自身的网络能力占据独特的网络位置,这种特定的位置为企业带来优势创新资源,从而提升企业的创业绩效,代表网络位置的中心度与核心度在网络能力与创业绩效之间发挥着不同的中介调节作用。With the shortening product life cycle,increased research and development costs,and specialized technical expertise,networked models linking different innovations become a source of competitive advantages for enterprises.Entrepreneurial activities face barriers,such as limited resources and marketing activities,operational inefficiency,and poor legitimacy.Networked organizations can increase values in the entrepreneurial process.Networked competence has impact on corporate performance,but its roles in the networking process remain unclear.Companies with higher network competence have comparative advantages on information integration and disposal.It is important to understand how a firm builds external networks and its network positions impact entrepreneurial performance. In the first part of this paper,we review literatures and propose a theoretical model depicting the relationships between network competence,network position,and entrepreneurial performance.This model integrates the following variables: network competence,entrepreneurial performance objective,and network position.Hypothesized relationships in the model are proposed.First,companies with a high level of network competence are likely to occupy central network positions.Second,companies with a high level of network competence are likely to be at the core of a network.Third,companies with a high level of network competence can have better entrepreneurial performance.Fourth,companies occupying central network positions can have better entrepreneurial performance.Fifth,companies positioned at the core of a network can have better entrepreneurial performance.Sixth,network positions can mediate the effect of network competence on entrepreneurial performance. The deductive quantitative study applies both statistical and social network analysis tools to testing the hypothesized relationships.We run statistical analysis using the software UCINET6.214、SPSS16.0 and Amos17.0.Main analysis methods used in this study include social network centrality analysis
