摘　　要：动漫企业作为河北省文化企业集群中的一支新兴力量正在崛起,在当前的经济发展中日益显示出其强大的发展实力和爆发力。但河北省动漫企业总体规模偏小,企业实力及竞争力均较弱。动漫企业的发展战略及模式选择就成为亟待解决的问题之一。在对动漫企业进行定义并归纳其基本特征的基础上,综合运用层次分析法和模糊评判法构建了基于模糊评判的河北省动漫企业发展战略模式的评价模型。通过评价模型来确定适合动漫企业的最佳战略模式选择,并运用模型对典型动漫企业进行了实证检验,为动漫企业的发展战略模式选择提供了有价值的理论与方法。Anime enterprises as cultural enterprises cluster of a new emerging forces are emerging in Hebei Province shows which a strong and explosive force in the current economic development.However,the development of strength and anime business in Hebei Province has the small size,strength and competitiveness of enterprises are relatively weak although the speed of development is fast.With such status the development strategy of anime enterprise will become an important problem to solve.Based on the basic characteristics of the general level,and by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation a blur of anime enterprise development of strategic pattern in Hebei Province has been established.Suitable move to the best solution to the strategic choice is made,through evaluation model.An empirical test of a typical enterprise is made to provide valuable theory and methods for development strategy mode of anime enterprises.
