摘　　要：目的探讨鸡股骨颈注射骨水泥后,影像学及病理学的改变。方法 200只健康鸡随机分3组:A组70只,单侧股骨颈内注射骨水泥后饲养3个月处死,B组70只,注入后饲养2个月处死,C组60只,注入后饲养1个月处死,观察鸡注入骨水泥后影像学(MRI)及病理学的改变。结果 3组鸡股骨头实验侧与对照侧影像学和病理学未发现有明显变化。结论鸡股骨颈注射骨水泥后,股骨头无明显变化,未出现股骨头坏死。Objective To study the image and pathological effectiveness of the injecting osetocement in cock femoral neck.Methods A total of 200 cocks were randomly divided into three groups：A group（70 cases）,B group（70cases）,C group（60cases）.The cock unilateral femoral necks were injected ostetocement and raised for 3 monthes in the A group,B group for 2 monthes,C group for 1 monthes.Results The image and pathological effectiveness was similar in three groups.We haven＇t found cock femoral head stroid.Conclusions The biody-mechanical effectiveness were significantly higher.But we haven＇t found cock femoral head stroid.
