摘  要:目的探讨X射线辐射对人结肠癌鼠模型淋巴管内皮细胞的影响。方法建立25只人结肠癌鼠模型,随机分成假照组,2.0 Gy组、5.0 Gy组、10.0 Gy组和20.0 Gy组,按不同剂量对荷瘤鼠腹部进行照射,24 h后处死获得结肠癌组织及转移灶,石蜡包埋后并凋亡测定,得出4组照射组及假照组肿瘤细胞及淋巴管内皮细胞凋亡指数(AI)。结果 2.0Gy组和5.0Gy组结肠癌淋巴管内皮细胞和结肠癌肿瘤细胞AI值均大于假照组,但差异均无统计学意义(均>0.05)。10.0 Gy组和20.0 Gy组大肠癌淋巴管内皮细胞和大肠癌肿瘤细胞AI值均明显大于假照组,差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05)。10.0 Gy组和20.0 Gy组大肠癌淋巴管内皮细胞和大肠癌肿瘤细胞AI值较2.0Gy和5.0Gy组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05)。结论一定剂量的X射线不仅对肿瘤细胞有破坏作用,同时对淋巴管内皮细胞有促进凋亡并可达到抑制淋巴管生长的作用。Objective To investigate the X-ray radiation on lymphatic endothelial cells of rat models suffer from human colon cancer,to provide a new prediction and evaluation for clinical radiotherapy on cancer.Methods Twenty-five human colon cancer rat models divided into four groups(2.0Gy,5.0Gy,10.0Gy and 20.0Gy) dose of abdominal tumor-bearing mice were irradiated,after 24 hours were killed and metastatic colon cancer tissues were obtained and embedded in paraffin.After apoptosis,the tissues were determined,and the apoptosis indexes of tumor cells and lymphatic endothelial cells in four groups and the sham control group were obtained.Results Apoptosis indexes of 2.0 Gy and 5.0 Gy groups were greater than those of sham control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Apoptosis indexes of 10.0 Gy and 20.0 Gy groups were greater than those of sham control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Apoptosis indexes of 2.0 Gy and 5.0 Gy groups were greater than those of 2.0 Gy and 5.0 Gy groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions Dose of x-ray results has destructive effect on tumor cells,and it also can promote apoptosis of lymphatic cells and inhibit lymphatic vessel growth.
