摘　　要：目的:检测5-脂氧合酶(5-1ipoxygenase,5-LOX)在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用半定量RT-PCR法检测42例胃癌组织及22例浅表性胃炎组织中5-LOX的表达。结果:5-LOX mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率(81.0%)及相对表达量(1.039±0.240)均明显高于浅表性胃炎组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);5-LOXmRNA表达阳性率及相对表达量与胃癌的分化程度有关,分化程度越低,阳性率及相对表达量越高,低分化胃癌与高分化胃癌间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5-LOX基因在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤分化程度有关,且表达阳性率及相对表达量高于浅表性胃炎组织,提示5-LOX基因的高表达可作为判断预后及分化程度的指标。Objective：To explore the expressions of 5-1ipoxygenase（5-LOX） in human gastric carcinoma tissues and to investigate the clinical significances.Methods：Semiquantitive RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of 5-LOX in the 42 cases of specimens of gastric carcinoma tissues,22 cases of gastritis tissues.Results：The positive rate（81.0%） and expression quantity（1.039±0.240） of 5-LOX in gastric carcinoma tissues were higher than in gastritis tissues（P0.05）.The expression of 5-LOX was correlated with histological grade,and the positive rate and expression quantity of 5-LOX was lower in well-differentiated gastric carcinoma than in poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma（P0.05）.Conclusion：5-LOX may function importantly in tumor production and may be a good index to assess the differentiation degree and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
