摘  要:[目的]为西葫芦坐果率育种提供依据。[方法]选择坐果率显著不同的西葫芦自交系,配制q-1×23-4G(组合1)和q-1×A-7(组合2)2个组合,通过P1、F1、P2、BC1、BC2和F2六世代联合分析法,研究分析西葫芦坐果率的遗传规律。[结果]2个组合的西葫的加性效应。2个组合F2的基因遗传率较高,环境影响相对较小。[结论]西葫芦坐果率育种宜早代选择。对西葫芦坐果率性状的遗传改良,可选择坐果率较高的亲本材料,通过杂交、回交转移主基因,选育坐果率较高的后代。[Objective] To provide scientific basis for the fruit-setting rate breeding of Cucurbita pepo L..[Method] Three self-bred lines with significantly different fruit-setting rates were used to prepare two crosses of q-1×23-4G(cross 1) and q-1×A-7(cross 2),and then the inheritance of the fruit-setting rate of Cucurbita pepo L.in P1,P2,F1,BC1,BC2 and F2 from those two crosses was investigated.[Result] The fruit-setting rate trait was dominated by one pair additive major gene + additive-dominant polygene(D-2) model;genetic effect of the fruit-setting rate of two crosses was mainly additive,and the additive value of major gene was higher than that of the polygene.The heritability of the genes of F2 was relatively high and less influenced by environment.[Conclusion] The fruit-setting rate breeding of Cucurbita pepo L.should be selected in the early generation.The heritability of the fruit-setting rate traits could be improved by selecting the parent materials with high fruit-setting rate and through hybrid and the backcross transfer of major gene.
