摘 要:[目的]研究甘蔗渣苯酚液化的最佳工艺。[方法]通过单因素试验考察了反应时间、反应温度、苯酚与甘蔗渣质量比、催化剂用量等对甘蔗渣液化率的影响,并通过正交试验确定最佳液化工艺。[结果]在甘蔗渣苯酚液化过程中,反应温度对液化效果的影响最为显著,其次是反应时间,5%~8%催化剂用量对液化效果影响不大。甘蔗渣苯酚液化的最佳工艺:催化剂用量7%,液化温度160℃,苯酚与甘蔗渣质量比为6,液化时间110 min。在此工艺下,甘蔗渣的液化率为98.67%。[结论]该研究为甘蔗渣的综合利用提供了理论依据。[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum phenol liquefaction technology of bagasse.[Method] By the single factor experiment,the influences of reaction time,reaction temperature,mass ratio of phenol and bagasse,catalyst amount on the liquefaction rate of bagasse were inspected.Moreover,the optimum liquefaction technology was determined by the orthogonal test.[Result] In the phenol liquefaction process of bagasse,the influence of reaction temperature on the liquefaction effect was the most significant.Then,it was the reaction time.The influence of 5%-8% catalyst amount on the liquefaction effect wasn't big.The optimum phenol liquefaction technology of bagasse:the catalyst amount was 7%,the liquefaction temperature was 160 ℃,the mass ratio of phenol and bagasse was 6,the liquefaction time was 110 min.Under the technology,the liquefaction rate of bagasse was 98.67%.[Conclusion] The research provided the theory basis for the comprehensive utilization of bagasse.
