摘　　要：培养大批具有一定的理论知识,又有较强实践技能和创新意识的高素质复合型人才是高等职业教育的重要任务。本文分析了当前中级维修电工实训教学中存在的问题,并对如何提高实训教学质量进行了深入研究。Cultivating a large number of high quality,multi-skilled talents with certain theoretical knowledge,strong practical skills and innovative consciousness,is the important task for the higher vocational education.The author has analysed the existing problems in training teaching of the maintenance electricians（middle class）,and has gone deep into the study on how to improve the teaching quality.
