摘　　要：本文结合西京医院学科建设发展实践,全面介绍该院学科建设模式,及其完整的学科建设支撑体系和完善的评估体系,为研究型医院医院学科建设模式的创新和评价提供借鉴。Based on the practice of disciplinary development conducted by Xijing Hospital, the author gave a comprehensive introduction to the disciplinary development model, the supporting system of disciplinary development and the appraisal system of Xijing Hospital. With this introduction, the article intends to provide a beneficial reference for the innovation and the appraisal of the disciplinary construction model in large geberak hospitals.
