摘　　要：医院招聘工作不仅是医院广纳贤才的过程,同时也是医院对外公关,促进医院良好形象建设的过程。本文针对当前招聘工作中存在的影响医院形象的问题,结合医院2011年招聘工作经验,提出促进医院形象建设的招聘对策建议。Hospital employment is not only the process of recruiting, But also the process of promoting hospital＇s public relations and image building. In this thesis, the author discussed the current problems existing in the work of recruitment affecting hospitals image ,then combining with the experience in Xuanwu hospital ,proposed the countermeasures to promote hospitals image building.
