摘 要:目的对诺丽果粉的毒性和致突变性进行探讨,了解其食用安全性。方法采用急性毒性试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验、30d喂养试验进行检测。结果诺丽果粉雌雄小鼠经口MTD>10.0g/kg体重,属实际无毒级物质;骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验均为阴性,30d喂养试验中体重和食物利用率、血液学指标均无异常,生化学指标在正常值范围内,主要器官未见病理学改变。结论诺丽果粉无明显毒性。Objective Study on toxicity and mutagenecity of Noni fruit powder to assess its safety.Methods Acute Toxicity Test,Bone Marrow Cell Micronucleus Test,Mice Sperm Abnormality Test,Ames test and Thirty Days Feeding Test were performed.Results The MTD in mice was over 10.0g/kg.bw.that showed Noni fruit powder was belong to the nontoxic.Negative results were revealed in Bone Marrow Cell Micronucleus Test and Mice Sperm Abnormality Test as well as in Ames test.Furthermore,in Thirty Feeding Test,nosignificant differences were found in bodyweight,food efficiency and blood endpoint values between test groups and control group.The values of serum biochemical separately fell into the ranges of the normal specific concentrations.An absence of histological changes in rat organs was observed.Conclusion Nonadverse effects of Noni fruit powder were observed in this study.
