摘　　要：目的探讨PTEN及LGI1蛋白在脑缺血组织中的表达。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测60例不同时间大鼠一侧脑缺血组织中及正常脑组织中PTEN及LGI1蛋白的表达。结果 PTEN在正常组与缺血组阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=8.26,P<0.01);正常组强阳性率与缺血组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=20.98,P<0.01);缺血1h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=7.62,P<0.01);缺血2h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=4.80,P<0.05);表明随着缺血时间的推移,表达逐渐增强。LGI1在正常组与缺血组阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=10.57,P<0.01);正常组强阳性率与缺血组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=28.42,P<0.01,);缺血1h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=11.90,P<0.01);缺血2h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=3.91,P<0.05);表明随着缺血时间的推移,表达也逐渐增强。在缺血脑组织中PTEN与LGI1有显著相关性(r=0.836,P<0.01)。结论脑缺血组织中存在PTEN及LGI1高表达,两者有显著相关性,并且随着缺血时间的推移,表达逐渐增强。Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN-protein and LGI1-protein in cerebral cortical of cerebral ischemia injury.Methods Immunohistochemistry（S-P Method） was used to detect the expression of PTEN-protein and LGI1-protein in cerebral tissues of different cerebral ischemia injury time.Results The expression of PTEN-protein and LGI1-protein in cerebral tissues in healthy team was significantly different,compared to the cerebral ischemia injury team.Conclusion The expression of PTEN-protein and LGI1-protein in cerebral tissues of cerebral ischemia injury is higher than that of healthy tissue and the longer the ischemia injury time the higher the expression of PTEN-protein and LGI1-protein.
