自然流产与随体联合关系的研究

摘　　要：对２００ 对自然流产夫妇和２００ 对已生育正常胎儿并无自然流产史的夫妇的外周血染色体随体联合频率（ＳＡＦ） ，进行分析研究。结果：ＳＡＦ流产组和对照组分别平均为３－６９％ 和２－６６ ％ ，两组比较差异有极显著意义（Ｐ＜ ０－０１） 。Ｄ／Ｇ 的分布频率流产组和对照组分别平均为０－４０ ±０－０１／ 细胞和０－３９ ±０－０１／ 细胞，两组比较差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞ ０．０５） 。流产组着丝点一核仁组织区融合（ＣｄＮＯＲ）频率平均为０－３４±０－１８／细胞，对照组平均为０－２４±０－１８／ 细胞，两组比较差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜ ０－０５） 。提示：自然流产夫妇ＳＡＦ和ＣｄＮＯＲ融合频率增高可能是造成自然流产的重要原因之一，对自然产夫妇的ＳＡＦ进行检测，具有临床意义。The requency of satellite association(SAF) in peripheral blood of 200 couples with spontaneous abortion and 200 normal couples were studied by SA-banding technique.The reequencies of satellite in chromosomal were 3.96% in group of abortion and 2.66% in normal control group.And there was signifficantly difference between them(P<0.01).The distribution rates of D/G were 0.40±0.01/cell in group of abortion and 0.39±0.01 in normal group.And there was no difference between them(P>0.05).The rate of centromeric dots-nucleolar organizer region(Cd-NOR) fusion were 0.34±0.18/cell and 0.24±0.18/cell in the abortion and normal couples.The difference was signiffcant(P<0.05).These results indicated that the increasing of frequencies of chromosojmal satellite association and Cd-NOR fusion may be one of important reasons leading to spontaneous abortion.We suggested that the examination of SAF among the couples with spontaneous abortion born clinical significance.
