摘 要:以棉花秸秆为原料,采用微波辐射磷酸法制备活性炭,探讨了微波功率、辐射间及磷酸浓度等工艺条件对棉秆活性炭吸附性能及产率的影响。研究结果表明:在磷酸浓度、微波功率与辐射时间3个因素中,辐射功率对活性炭制备(亚甲基蓝脱色率、碘吸附值及产率)的影响最大,而辐射时间则是影响最小的因素。微波辐射磷酸法制备棉秆活性炭的较优工艺条件为:磷酸浓度50%、微波功率400W、活化时间8min,在此条件下制得的活性炭比表面积652.82m2/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值151.73mg/g,是国家标准的1.11倍。The activated carbon prepared from cotton stalk with H3PO4 as activation was investigated under microwave radiation.The effects of the concentratiion of H3PO4,microwave power and radiation time on the yield and adsorption capacities of activated carbon were evaluated.Microwave power was the most important factor in activated carbon prepared from cotton stalks.At the same time,radiation time was the least factor.The optimum conditions were as follows:the concentratiion of H3PO4,of 50%,microwave power of 400W and radiation time is 8 min.Amount of methylene blue adsorption of activated carbon prepared under optimum conditions were 151.73mg/g.which was 1.22 times of the first grade standard of GB/T 13803.2-1999.Laboratory prepared activated carbons were characterized by SEM and tested by nitrogen adsorption at 77K.It showed the specific surface area(SBET) of activated carbon was 652.82 m2/g,which was mesopore solid.
