摘 要:目的研究广东托里桉叶挥发油的化学成分。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分离检定,对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用气相色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组成分的相对含量。结果确定了广东托里桉叶挥发油中30个化合物,其主要成分为α-松油醇(35.77%),其次是苯甲醛(5.48%)等。占色谱峰总流出面积的80.68%。结论首次确定了广东托里桉叶挥发油的30个化合物,为综合利用奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Corymbia torelliana leaves collected in Guangdong province of China. Methods The volatile oil constituents were extracted by steam distillation from Corymbia torelliana leaves, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method. The relative amount of each constituent was calculated by peak area normalization method. Results Thirty constituents in volatile oil from Corymbia torelliana leaves in Guangdong province were identified, accounting to 80.68% of the total area of the peaks. The major constituents in oil fraction were a-Terpineol (35.77%), followed by Benzaldehyde (5.48%), Longifolene (4.62%), Guaiol (2.94%), Borneol (2.80%), 1R-a-Pinene (2.53%) and so on. Conclusion Thirty constituents of the volatile oil from Corymbia torelliana leaves in Guangdong province are successfully identified for the first time, which provides foundation for further comprehensive utilization of volatile oils.
