医师“多点执业”探析

摘　　要：我国出台的新医改方案明确提出医师可以“多点执业99这一举措引起了社会各界的广泛关注。无疑这一改革是有益的；然而作为一个新生事物，在我国还很不成熟，在具体的实施过程中还将面临法律、体制、管理等多方面的挑战，有待进一步完善。本文从社会、医师、患者三方面对医师多点执业的优势进行分析．并针对医师多点执业在实施中的相关问题从医师多点执业的准入、法律、监管等方面提出相关对策。Doctors＇ multi-point practice is clearly set in the newly issued new medical reform program in China, which aroused wide attention of all fields in the society. Undoubtedly, this reform is beneficial, but it is at the beginning stage, so it is immature and to be perfected in China, and will be challenged in practice in many aspects, such as laws, systems and management. This paper analyzes the advantages of doctors＇ multi-point prac- tice from the perspective of society, doctors and patients, then puts forward relevant countermeasures in terms of admittance, laws and supervision, etc..
