摘  要:目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与树突状细胞(DC)分布的关系。方法 46例原发性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)冰冻组织切片经抗VEGF,抗CD83抗体免疫组化染色,以观察NSCLC组织中CD83 阳性之DC的密度及VEGF的表达强度,并分析两者的相关性。结果 VEGF免疫组化染色显示46例肿瘤标本中阴性者16例,1+ 者13例,2+ 者5 例,3+ 者6 例,4+ 者6例;按每个高倍视野所见阳性细胞估计NSCLC肺组织中DC密度,显示VEGF表达强度与CD83 阳性细胞密度具有很好的负相关性。比较NSCLC临床期次与DC 密度及VEGF表达的关系,发现随着肿瘤临床期次的提高,NSCLC肺组织中VEGF的表达则明显升高,而DC密度显著降低。结论 VEGF的表达与肺癌组织中DC含量呈明显的负相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and CD83 + dendritic cell density in human non small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods 46 NSCLC were investigated by immunohistochemical studies with anti VEGF,anti CD83 antibodies.Results For intensity of VEGF staining,16 tumors were graded as negative staining,13 as 1+,5 as 2+,6 as 3+ and 6 as 4+;the DC density in NSCLC was evaluated as the cell numbers in each high power field (HPF), and the results were shown as followings:26 tumors with CD83 + were found in 0 cell/HPF group;5 tumors in 1~10 cells/HPF group 5 tumors in 11~20 cells/HPF group; 6 tumors in 21~30 cells/HPF group and 4 tumors in 31 cells/HPF group.A close correlation between VEGF and CD83 + DC density was found in NSCLC.Conclusion The result suggests that the density of DC in lung tumor is related to the VEGF expression,an intensive VEGF expression is associated with the lower density DC.$$$$
