摘　　要：目的:分析48例食管息肉样恶性肿瘤临床病理特征及疗效。方法:将1976年～1997年我院收治的食管贲门癌患者的病史资料及组织切片进行分析研究。结果:1268例中48例为食管息肉样恶性肿瘤,占3.78%,男女之比1:1.4,平均病程5.2个月,其中食管上段癌7例,中段癌26例,下段癌15例。43例为鳞癌,5例为癌肉瘤。肿瘤均向腔内生长,有蒂,浸润较浅,切除率为100%,结论:本病手术治疗效果好,肿瘤切除率高,平均生存38.6个月。Objective:To analyze the clinical and pathological feature as well as the treatment results of 48 patients with malignant esophageal polypoid tumors.Methods:The clinical data and histopathological sections of patients with esophageal or cardiac cancer treated in this hospital from 1976～1997 were studied.Results:48 out of 1268 cases with esophageal or cardiac carcinoma were malignant polypoid tumors,with male to female ratio of 1:1.4 and mean course of disease 5.2 months.Among them there were 7 upper,26 middle and 15 lower esophageal carcinoma;43 squamous carcinoma and 5 carcinosarcoma.All tumors grew into esophageal cavity,usually with peduncles and superficial invasion of esophageal wall.The tumor resectability was 100%.Conclusion:Surgery offers good results for this disease with high local resectability and mean survival time of 38.6 months.
