摘 要:医学图像分割是医学图像处理中最基本和最重要的技术,其目的是把图像空间分割成一些有意义的区域。利用现在的图像处理技术来处理医学图像,比如获取发生癌变肝脏图像的效果并不是很明显。针对如何获取较清晰的特定感兴趣区域供医生辅助判断,本项目提出了一种基于医学图像轮廓的图像分割方法。其核心思想是用一种新的算法将组织器官图像的轮廓提取出来,然后对轮廓中的区域进行阈值分割。Medical image segmentation is the most ftmdamental and important technology in medical image processing, and its aim is to divide the image space into some meaningful areas. The popular image processing technology is applied to dealing with medical images.However, for example, it's not easy to achieve an obvious effect on beconfing a cancerous liver image. In term of how to get a clear specific region of interest for doctors making auxiliary judgments, an image segmentation method based on medical image contour is proposed in the project. The kernel idea is to extract the coutour of tissues and organs images by using a new method, and then using the threshold segmentation algorithm to caculate the areas in the outline.
