摘　　要：目的:探讨c-myc癌基因在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法检测49例子宫内膜癌中c-myc癌基因蛋白的表达,与对照组临床病理学特征及预后相比较,进行统计分析。结果:表明25例正常和增生过长的子宫内膜c-myc表达阴性,49例子宫内膜癌中10例c-myc表达阳性,占20%。c-myc的表达与组织学分级、手术分期及生存率显著相关,但与肌层浸润深度无关。结论:c-myc癌基因蛋白可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起作用,并可能提示患者的预后。Objectives: To study the overexpression of c myc in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship to clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods:Overexpression of c myc was studied by immunohistochemistry ABC method in paraffin-embedded tissues in 49 endometrial carcinoma and 25 normal or hyperplasia endometrium.χ 2 analysis and survival curves determined by the Kaplan-Meier method were used.Results:c-myc overexpression was negative in normal or hyperplasia endometrium,but positive in 20 percent endometrial carcinoma.c-myc overexpression was found to be correlation with FIGO G 1,G 2 and G 3,but not with muscle invasion,stages or survival.Conclusion:c-myc oncogen may play a role in the formation,not in the development of endometrial carcinoma.
