摘  要:目的 仿造人类囊状动脉瘤(SA),研究其发生发展及成像诊断技术。方法 取兔颈总动脉(CCA),用吻合一段颈内或颈外静脉,造成静脉囊(VP)法,制成单侧型、分叉型及末梢型SA,3周后行彩色多普勒超声(彩超)、磁共振血管成像(MRA)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)或造影检测。结果 CCA壁梭形切口较直切口形成SA的成功率高,DSA和MRA二者结合可提高SA的诊断率。模型的血液动力学决定于SA与载瘤CCA的角度,涡流是影响其发展的主要因素。结论 该模型在分型、血液动力学改变方面类似于人颅内SA。Objective Model of saccular aneurysm (SA) was established in rabbit for studying its growth, image diagnosis and treatment. Methods Three types of SA have been created by anastomosis of venous pouch (VP) to common carotid artery (CCA).The lateral,bifurcation and terminal aneurysm models were examined three weeks after the surgery with digital subtraction angiography(DSA),magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) and color Doppler techniques. Results The success rate in the establishment of SA was markedly higher in elliptical arteriotomy than in straight arteriotomy.The diagnosis might be improved through the combination MRA with DSA. Hemodynamics of models was influenced by angle between feeding artery and SA.Turbulent flow was the main factor affecting the development of SA. Conclusion The models established are similar to three types of human intracranial SA. These models can be applied to investigate the hemodynamics and the effect of various therapies.
