摘　　要：:〔目的〕对口腔癌及口咽癌功能性颈淋巴结清扫术的效果进行评价。〔方法〕对近10年我院所行功能性颈淋巴结清扫术的病例作了回顾性研究,并与同期所行根治性颈淋巴结清扫术的病例作了比较分析。〔结果〕两组病人在手术时间及并发症方面较为接近,在复发率和生存率方面也无明显差异。〔结论〕功能性颈淋巴结清扫术对于口腔癌和口咽癌是一种有效的颈部处理方法,其效果与根治性颈淋巴结清扫术类似,而其良好的肩部功能更易为人们所接受。urpose〕To evaluate the efficacy of functional neck dissection for oral oropharyngeal cancer.〔Methods〕Ninty eight cases with functional neck dissection in our hospital from 1988 to 1997 were studied retrospectively and compared with radical neck dissection cases in the same period.〔Results〕The two groups were similar in operation time,complications,recurrence rate and survival rate.〔Conclusion〕Functional neck dissection is effective procedure for neck management in oral oropharyngeal cancer.Shoulder function preservation is acceptable.
