脑性瘫痪运动功能障碍的中西医结合治疗研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察脑活素、功能训练和手法穴位按摩中西医结合治疗脑性瘫痪各年龄段的临床疗效及手法穴位按摩治疗效果。方法 :将确诊为脑性瘫痪的患儿240例随机分为两组 ,治疗组和对照组各120例 ,两组均采用脑活素和功能训练治疗 ,治疗组加手法穴位按摩治疗。结果 :治疗组临床痊愈率明显高于对照组 ,P<0.05;治疗组年龄段越小 ,临床痊愈率越高。结论 :在中西医结合治疗脑性瘫痪的手段中手法穴位按摩尤为重要 ,并且年龄越小 ,治疗效果越好 ,提示我们应早期发现 ,早期诊断 。Objective:To compare the clinical effect in the treatment of cerebroprotein hydrolystate injection.Function training and massage point with integrated Traditional and western medicine at different age children with cerebral palsy.Methods:240 children with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups at random sampler,each group had 120 patients,two groups received the treatment of cerebroprotein hydrolystate injection.Function training and the trial group was given extra point massage. Results:The recovery rate of the trial group was obviously higher than that of the contrast group at clinical and the Younger the children were the higher the recovery rate,P<0.05. Conclusion :The point massage was especially important in the treatment of cerebral palsy with integrated traditional and western medicine,moreover the young the age was,the better the treatment effect was.It was noted that we should make early finding.Early diagnosis and early treatment with integrated traditional and western medicine.
