帕金森病患者姿势平衡障碍的定量评定

摘　　要：目的 :客观、定量评价帕金森病患者姿势平衡障碍。方法 :采用日本阿尼玛公司生产的重心平衡检测仪对100例正常人及100例帕金森病患者进行检测 ,分析比较其静态姿势图。结果 :正常人各组平衡参数指标与年龄呈曲线关系 ,重心摆动类型以中心型为主 ;帕金森病患者重心摆动类型以弥散型为主 ,静立稳定性下降 ,重心摆动速度明显增快 ,在4～6Hz摆动明显增高。结论 :人体平衡功能与年龄相关 ;帕金森病患者静立平衡功能下降 ,重心摆动面积增大 ,摆动速度增快 ,在4～6Hz摆动明显增高 ,为其特征性改变。Objective: To study objectively and quantitatively the static postural control of healthy volunteers and patients with Parkinson's disease(PD). Methods:To test 100 volunteers and 100 patients with PD with computerized balance assessment instrument,analyzed and compared the static posturography.Results:There was curve correlation between the majority parameters and age,centripetal pattern was the most prominent figure pattern in the normal subjects,diffuse pattern was the most prominent figure pattern in PD.Static stability of patients with PD apparently declined,velocity of postural sway of the patients were significantly increased in comparison with normal subjects,the relative sway power at the frequency of 4～6 Hz increased in PD.Conclusion :The balance ability of people correlates with age.The static stability in PD decreases,the area and velocity of postural sway in PD increase.The relative sway power at the frequency of 4～6 Hz increases and this is the characteristic manifestation of PD.
