摘　　要：目的 :探讨准分子激光角膜切削术前的眼底情况。方法 :用间接眼底镜及三面镜检查眼底视网膜。结果 :1 3 7只眼 (占 1 1 4 2 % )有视网膜裂孔 ,其中 1 1只眼有视网膜脱离。结论 :准分子激光角膜切削术前必须行全视网膜检查 。Objective:To investigate the retinal examination and management prior to excimer laser.Methods:Indirect ophthalmoscope and three mirror contact lens were used to exam the retina.Results:137 eyes(11 42%) have retinal tears and holes,including 11 (0 92%) rhegmatogenous retinal detachment eyes.Conclusion:Retinal exam must be done prior to excimer laser,in order to give prevent treatment to rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
