PRK术后皮质类固醇激素与非甾体激素预防角膜混浊的比较

摘　　要：目的 :比较皮质类固醇激素和非甾体激素对预防PRK术后角膜混浊的疗效。方法 :双眼屈光相同的近视患者 50人 ( 1 0 0只眼 )、分为 2组 ,第一组屈光度为 >3 0D ,≤ 6 0D ,3 2人 ( 64只眼 ) ;第二组屈光度为 >6 0D、≤ 1 2 0D ,1 8人 ( 3 6只眼 )。PRK术后按美国FDA标准主观评定角膜混浊。所有患者右眼使用 0 1 %艾氟龙预防角膜混浊 ,左眼使用 0 0 3 %欧可芬预防角膜混浊。结果 :第一组 3个月双眼角膜混浊均消退 ,角膜透明。第二组 6个月后 0 1 %艾氟龙治疗眼有 4只眼残存角膜混浊 ,0 0 3 %欧可芬治疗眼有 8只眼残存角膜混浊。结论 :低、中度近视PRK术后 0 1 %艾氟龙与 0 0 3 %欧可芬效果相同 ,且非甾体激素治疗眼无眼压升高 ,在低、中度近视可应用 0 0 3 %欧可芬预防角膜混浊。在高度近视眼 0 1 %艾氟龙优于 0 0 3Objective:To evaluate the effect of cortioosteroid and non steroid hormone in preventing corneal haze after PRK.Methods:50 cases with the same myopic degree in both eyes were involved in this study.The subjects were divided into two groups:low degree (-3 00D～-6 00D) and high degree group (>6 00D).Haze was classified according to FDA standard.0 1% FML was applied to the right eyes of all subjects and 0 03% ocufen to the left eyes.Results:In low degree group,the corneal haze in both eyes decreased and cornea was transparent 3 months after operation.However,in high degree group,the corneal haze remained in 4 eyes treated with 0 1% FML and 8 eyes treated with 0 03% ocufen for more than 6 months after operation.Conclusion:In low degree myopic group,the effect of 0 1% FML and 0 03% ocufen was similar.This showed that 0 03% ocufen could be used as a substitute of 0 1% FML to prevent the formation of haze in low and medium myopia.Its advantage was that no IOP rose.In high myopic group,the effect of 0 1% FML was better than 0 03% ocufen.
