摘　　要：目的 :研究钝挫伤性前房出血的治疗和预防其并发症。方法 :对钝挫伤性前房出血 63例进行分析。结果 :钝挫伤性前房出血患者视力恢复、出血量、眼球损伤程度及有无影响视力的并发症等与是否早期治疗有关。结论 :前房出血本身对视力的影响是暂时的 ,经治疗可随血液吸收而消失 ,但前房出血的并发症常可导致严重的视力丧失 ,因此 ,在促进出血吸收的同时应注重预防和处理并发症。Objective: To treat and prevent the complications of contusion hyphema.Method:Sixty three cases were analyzed. Results:Whether or not take early treatment has relation with the recovery of slights,amount of bleeding,eyeball damage degree and other complications.Conclusions:Hyphema itself has temporary effect on slights,but it can disappear by absorption of blood.In view of the fact that complications of hyphema can cause serious anopia,complications should be prevented and treated.
