摘  要:目的 体外评价 5种处理方法对树脂突超微结构的影响。方法 对照组 :对 1颗离体磨牙常规预防性树脂充填。其余 4颗磨牙用空气喷磨处理 ,分别用 5 0 μ和 2 7μ氧化铝微粒 ,酸处理其中 2颗磨牙。窝洞用复合树脂充填后 ,用 10 %盐酸溶解牙釉质 ,扫描电镜观测树脂突超微结构。结果 对照组呈典型蜂窝状结构。空气喷磨的树脂突呈不规则结构 ,结合酸蚀的树脂突表面更加粗糙。Objective The aim of this in vitro study was to observe the micro-morphology of resin tags in the preventive resin restorations.Methods The first tooth was prepared with a conventional bur and etched with 37% phosphoric acid.The other four teeth were air-abraded with KCP-1000,using 50- and 27 um aluminum oxide particles,two of which were etched with 37% phosphoric acid.All teeth were sealed with a low viscosity resin composite-Liquicoat.After the enamels were dissolved in 10% hydrochloric acid,the restorative materials surfaces were observed by SEM.Results The resin tags of the resin composite on the etched enamel showed characteristic“honeycomb”pattern,whereas the resin tags of resin composite on the air-abraded,unetched enamel revealed an irregular pattern in SEM-micrographs.The resin tag of the resin composite on the air-abraded,etched enamel indicated a characteristic“honeycomb”pattern or more rough patterns.Conclusions The air abrasion has less etching ability than did acid etching and air abrasions in combination of acid etching.
