摘 要:[目的]探索磷素对不同大豆品种籽粒维生素E含量的影响,寻找不同基因型大豆品种的最佳施磷水平,以期提高大豆籽粒维生素E的含量,改善其品质。[方法]选用黑农48(高蛋白品种)、黑农37(中间型品种)、黑农44(高油品种)3个大豆品种作为试验材料,采用盆栽,在每千克土壤施N和K2O各为0.033 g基础上,设4个施磷处理,即每千克土壤分别施0(P1)、0.033(P2)、0.067(P3)、0.100(P4)g P2O5,最后采用高效液相色谱法测定不同大豆品种籽粒总维生素E的含量。[结果]同一品种大豆P3处理下其籽粒总维生素E含量显著高于P1、P2、P4处理,黑农37、黑农44、黑农48 3个品种大豆P3处理籽粒总维生素E含量分别比对照组增加11.96%、16.55%、14.02%;在P2处理下,3个品种中的黑农37籽粒维生素E含量最高;在12个处理组合中黑农44的P3处理总维生素E含量最高,3个大豆品种维生素E含量在品种间和施磷处理间差异显著。[结论]试验中施磷对3个大豆品种的维生素E含量有影响,适宜的施磷量有利于提高大豆籽粒的维生素E含量。[ Objective ] This study aimed to explore the effects of phosphorus on the contents of vitamin E in different cahivars of soybean grains and find the optimum application amount of phosphorus for different genotypes of soybean cultivars, in order to increase the contents of vitamin E in soybean grains and improve the qualities. [ Method ] Three soybean eultivars were selected as experimental materials, including Heinong 48 ( high-protein cultivar), Heinong 37 ( intermediate cultivar) and Heinong 44 ( high-oil cultivar). The soybeans were planted in pots, with O. 033 g/kg soil of N and K2 O, four phosphorus treatments were set, respectively applied with 0 ( P1 ) , O. 033 ( P2 ) , 0. 067 ( P3 ) and O. 100 (P4) g/kg soil of P205, and the total contents of vitamin E in different cultivam of soybean grains were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography method. [ Result ] The total contents of vitamin E in the same cultivar of soybean grains in P3 treatment were significantly higher than that in the other three treatments, the total contents of vitamin E in Heinong 37, Heinong 44 and Heinong 48 in P3 treatment had incre~.sed by 11.96%, 16.55% and 14.02%, compared with the control ; among the three soybean cultivars in P2treatment, the content of vitamin E in Heinong 37 was the maximum; among the 12 treatment combinations, the total contents of vitamin E in Heinong 44 in P3 treatment was the maximum. The contents of vitamin E in three soybean cultivars significantly varied among the various cuhivars and different phosphorus treatments. [ Conclusion ] Application of phosphorus had affected the contents of vitamin E in three soybean cultivars, appropriate application amount of phosphorus was advantageous to improve the contents of vitamin E in soybean grains.
