摘  要:[目的]分析并测定沙棘茶中的脂肪酸。[方法]采用索氏提取法提取沙棘绿茶和沙棘红茶中的脂肪酸,并通过气质联用法对脂肪酸的化学组成及含量进行了测定分析。[结果]气质检测结果表明,2种沙棘茶的脂肪酸化学组成相同,均含有十四烷酸(肉豆蔻酸)、十五烷酸、十六烷酸(棕榈酸)、十八碳二烯酸(亚油酸)、十八碳烯酸(油酸)、十八碳三烯酸(亚麻酸)、十八烷酸(硬脂酸)、二十烷酸(花生酸)和二十烷烯酸等9种脂肪酸。[结论]该方法准确、简便,适用于沙棘茶中脂肪酸的分析和含量测定。[ Objective ] The study aimed to analyze and determine the fatty acid in seabuckthorn tea. [ Method ] The fatty acid in seabuckthorn green tea and black tea were extracted by soxhlet extraction method and the chemical cor0position and contents of fatty acid were analyzed by GC-MS method. [ Result] The GC-MS detection showed that 2 kinds of seabuckthorn tea had same chemical composition and all both contained 9 kinds of fatty acid including Myristic acid, Pentadecanoic acid, Palmitic acid, Linoleic acid, Oleic acid, Linolenic acid, Stearic acid, Eicosenoic acid, Arachidic acid. [ Conclusion] This method was accurate, simple and applicable to the analysis of the fatty acids and their content determination in the seabuckthorn tea.
