摘　　要：介绍了木质素的结构以及被分析木素的分类,详细综述了木质素结构研究中主要的分析方法(紫外光谱、红外光谱、高效液相色谱、质谱、核磁共振技术等),并指出了木素结构研究今后的发展方向。The structure of lignin as w^ell as the classification of analyzed lignin were introduced. Moreover, the main analysis methods （ ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum, high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance, etc. ） in lignin structure study were summarized in detail, finally, the development direction of lignin structure in the future were pointed out.
