摘 要:[目的]为哈蟆油产地加工确定哈士蟆的最佳捕捉时间与生长年限以及针对在产地加工过程中经常出现红油、黑油、冻油的现象,采取相应措施,提高哈蟆油药材的优级品率。[方法]在9月下旬~11月上旬选择哈士蟆集中回河冬眠时,捕捉不同体重的商品蛙进行产地加工,并观察不同质量状况的商品蛙、不同干燥条件对哈蟆油质量的影响。[结果]哈士蟆的捕捉时间、体重对哈蟆油的出产率有不同程度的影响,对哈蟆油的膨胀度无影响。[结论]哈蟆油药材产地加工过程中出现的"红油"、"黑油"、"冻油"问题,是由商品蛙自身质量状况、干燥条件不当引起的。[ Objective ] To determine the'best time for catching and the growth term of Rana chensinensis, and find solutions to solve the problems of red oil, black oviduct oil and frozen oil during the processing so as to improve its quality. [ Method] Different weights of Rana chensinensis were caught during its hibernating period in the river between the late September and early November, the effect of different frog quality and different drying conditions on the processing quality of OVIDUCTUS RANAE was studied. [ Result] Different eatching time and different weights of frogs influenced its producing rates to different degrees while had no impact on its expansion rates. [ Conclusion] The problems of red oil, black oil and frozen oil during the processing were caused by its own quality and improper drying conditions.
