摘　　要：目的探讨培美曲塞对晚期乳腺癌的治疗效果。方法培美曲塞联合奈达铂治疗多个周期。结果本组36例患者有效率为37.7%,肿瘤控制率为82.6%。结论培美曲塞联合奈达铂可有效治疗晚期乳腺癌。Objective To investigate the effect of treating advanced breast cancer with pemetrexed. Methods Treating the disease with the combination of pemetrexed and nedaplatin in multiple cycles. Results In the 36 cases,the effective rate was 37.7% while the control rate was 82.6%. Conclusion Treating advanced breast cancer with the combination of pemetrexed and nedaplatin makes a markedly effect.
