摘 要:[目的]探讨基于适合度的随机交配群体完全连锁的淘汰机理及平衡模型。[方法]用差分方程组建立具有2对完全连锁基因随机交配群体4种配子在不同适合度下频率逐代演变的数学模型,研究它的淘汰机理及遗传平衡状态。[结果]该群体不像Hardy-W ein-berg平衡那样经一代就达到平衡。找到该群体达到平衡的一个充要条件,获得在测出10种基因型的适合度后,用线性方程组计算平衡状态4种配子的频率及群体适合度的方法。[结论]对目前学术界进行的连锁不平衡研究、选择牵连研究有一定的参考意义。[Objective] This study build an elimination mechanism and equilibrium model about complete linkage of panmixis based on fitness.[Method] A mathematical model was built with difference equations on two pairs of complete linkage gene of panmixis in different fitness frequency on successive generations evolution and the elimination mechanism and the state of genetic equilibrium [Result] The panmixis is different from Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium which reached the equilibrium just by one generation.A method by linear equation to calculate the Frequency of four types of gametes and the panmixis fitness was established after the necessary and sufficient condition of the panmixis to reach balance was found,and the fitness of 10 genotypes was determined.[Conclusion] The method is valuable for reference on linkage disequilibrium and Hitchhiking effect study.
